11  Senator Dyer moved the following amendment to amendment

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, line 30, through page 2, line 14, delete
16  those lines
17  
18  and insert:
19         (b)  "Eligible contribution" means a monetary
20  contribution from a corporation, subject to the restrictions
21  provided in this section, to a district school board
22  direct-support organization or an eligible nonprofit
23  scholarship funding organization, if the taxpayer making the
24  contribution does not designate a specific child as the
25  beneficiary of the contribution.
26         (c)  "Eligible nonpublic school" means a nonpublic
27  school located in Florida that offers a general education to
28  K-12 students and complies with the antidiscrimination
29  provisions of 42 U.S.C. s. 2000d.
30         (d)  "Eligible nonprofit scholarship funding
31  organization" means a charitable organization that is exempt

 1  from federal income tax pursuant to s. 501(c)(3) of the
 2  Internal Revenue Code and that complies with the provisions of
 3  subsection (4).
 4         (e)  ""Direct-support organization" means a district
 5  school board direct-support organization created pursuant to
 6  s. 237.40(1)(a).
 7         (f)  "Qualified student" means a student who qualifies
