15 On page 26, line 19, of the bill

17 insert: a new Section 10.
18 Section 10. Subsection (1) of section 905.34, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 905.34 Powers and duties; law applicable.--The
21 jurisdiction of a statewide grand jury impaneled under this
22 chapter shall extend throughout the state. The subject matter
23 jurisdiction of the statewide grand jury shall be limited to
24 the offenses of:
25 (1) Bribery, any violation of Chapter 838, burglary,
26 carjacking, home-invasion robbery, criminal usury, extortion,
27 gambling, kidnapping, larceny, murder, prostitution, perjury,
28 and robbery;
