18 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $2,500,000
19 from nonrecurring General Revenue for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 to
20 the Board of Directors of the H. Lee Moffit Cancer Center and
21 Research Institute to be used for the purpose of construction,
22 repairs, furnishing, and equipment at the H. Lee Moffit Cancer
23 Center and Research Institute.
24 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
