  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the H. Lee Moffit Cancer

  3         Center and Research Institute; providing an

  4         appropriation; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated $2,500,000

  9  from nonrecurring General Revenue for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 to

10  the Board of Directors of the H. Lee Moffit Cancer Center and

11  Research Institute to be used for the purpose of construction,

12  repairs, furnishing, and equipment at the H. Lee Moffit Cancer

13  Center and Research Institute.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
