13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 16, between lines 7 and 8,

16  insert:  
17         (i)  Chickees constructed by the Miccosukee Tribe of
18  Indians of Florida or the Seminole Tribe of Florida. As used
19  in this paragraph, the term "chickee" means an open-sided
20  wooden hut with a thatched roof of palm or palmetto or other
21  traditional materials, and which does not incorporate any
22  electrical, plumbing, or other nonwood features.
