12  amendment (215544):

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 7, between lines 14 and 15,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 7.  Paragraph (f) is added to subsection (3) of
19  section 489.537, Florida Statutes, to read:
20         489.537  Application of this part.--
21         (3)  Nothing in this act limits the power of a
22  municipality or county:
23         (f)  To require that one electrical journeyman, who is
24  a graduate of the Institute of Applied Technology in
25  Construction Excellence or licensed pursuant to s. 489.5335,
26  be present on an industrial or commercial new construction
27  site with a facility of 50,000 gross square feet or more when
28  electrical work in excess of 77 volts is being performed in
29  order to supervise or perform such work, except as provided in
30  s. 489.503.
