  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to a statewide unified building

  3         code; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         amend the provisions of the Florida Building

  5         Code; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature expresses its intent to

10  amend the provisions of the Florida Building Code.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
