15         On page 2, between lines 11 though 12, of the bill
16  
17  insert:  3.  A person sentenced for a crime committed while
18  incarcerated in the state correctional system, which is
19  classified as a misdemeanor pursuant to s. 775.082(4), F.S.,
20  shall not be deemed to have committed a felony, and shall not
21  have such misdemeanor offense used for purposes of imposing an
22  enhanced sentence under s. 775.084, F.S.
