11 The Committee on Judicial Oversight offered the following:

13 Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 3, between lines 27 and 28 of the bill
15
16 insert:
17 Section 4. Paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section
18 112.3145, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 112.3145 Disclosure of financial interests and clients
20 represented before agencies.--
21 (c) "State officer" means:
22 1. Any elected public officer, excluding those elected
23 to the United States Senate and House of Representatives, not
24 covered elsewhere in this part and any person who is appointed
25 to fill a vacancy for an unexpired term in such an elective
26 office.
27 2. An appointed member of each board, commission,
28 authority, or council having statewide jurisdiction, excluding
29 a member of an advisory body.
30 3. A member of the Board of Regents, the Chancellor
31 and Vice Chancellors of the State University System, and the
