13 Amendment to Amendment (604071) (with title amendment)
14 On page 5, between lines 24 and 25,

16 insert:
17 Section 5. Notwithstanding any other provision of s.
18 627.64061 or s. 627.65741, Florida Statutes, a religious
19 health plan sponsor may provide a health plan that does not
20 provide benefits for prescription oral contraceptives that are
21 contrary to the religious tenets of a religion or religious
22 corporation, association, or society. For purposes of this
23 section, "religious health plan sponsor" means a health plan
24 sponsor that meets the definition of "church plan" under s.
25 3(33) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
