  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to illegal fishing devices;

  3         repealing s. 372.321, F.S., relating to liberal

  4         construction and enforcement of state laws

  5         prohibiting the illegal use of nets, traps, or

  6         fishing devices under ss. 372.31-372.319, F.S.;

  7         providing an effective date.

  8

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Section 372.321, Florida Statutes, is

12  repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.

      Repeals requirement that state laws under ss.
