  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to organic farming and food;

  3         repealing ss. 504.21, 504.22, 504.23, 504.24,

  4         504.25, 504.26, 504.27, 504.28, 504.29, 504.31,

  5         504.32, 504.33, 504.34, 504.35, and 504.36,

  6         F.S.; eliminating the Florida Organic Farming

  7         and Food Law; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Sections 504.21, 504.22, 504.23, 504.24,

12  504.25, 504.26, 504.27, 504.28, 504.29, 504.31, 504.32,

13  504.33, 504.34, 504.35, and 504.36, Florida Statutes, are

14  repealed.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
