11  The Committee on Education Appropriations offered the
12  following:
13  
14         Substitute Amendment for Amendment (491111) (with title
15  amendment) 
16         On page 1, line 29 through page 2, line 2,
17  remove from the bill:  All of said lines
18  
19  and insert in lieu thereof:
20         (2)(a)  Beginning July 1, 2001, educator professional
21  liability coverage for all instructional personnel, as defined
22  by s. 228.041(9), who are full-time personnel, as defined by
23  the district school board policy, shall be provided by
24  specific appropriations under the General Appropriations Act.
25         (b)  Beginning July 1, 2001, educator professional
26  liability coverage shall be extended at cost to all
27  instructional personnel, as defined by s. 228.041(9), who are
28  part-time personnel, as defined by the district school board
29  policy, and choose to participate in the state provided
30  program.
31         (c)  Beginning July 1, 2001, educator professional

 9  remove from the title of the bill:  All of said lines

11  and insert in lieu thereof:
12         coverage for all instructional personnel who
13         are full-time; providing for specific
14         appropriations in the General Appropriations
15         Act; extending educator professional liability
16         insurance coverage at cost to all instructional
17         personnel who are part-time and to all
18         administrative personnel; providing an
19         effective date.
