14         On page 61, lines 8-15, delete those lines

16  and insert:  
17         (n)  Search of one Internet databank locator service;
18  and
19         (o)  Information held by all medical providers who
20  rendered medical treatment or care to the birth mother and
21  child, including the identity and location information of all
22  persons listed by the mother as being financially responsible
23  for the uninsured expenses of treatment or care and all
24  persons who made any such payments.
