15 Delete everything after the enacting clause

17 insert:
18 Section 1. Subsection (9) of section 163.3244, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 163.3244 Sustainable Communities Demonstration
21 Project.--
22 (9) This section is shall stand repealed on June 30,
23 2002 2001, and shall be reviewed by the Legislature prior to
24 that date.
25 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
26 law.
