  2         An act relating to growth management; amending

  3         s. 163.3244, F.S.; extending the repeal date of

  4         the Sustainable Communities Demonstration

  5         Project; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  Subsection (9) of section 163.3244, Florida

10  Statutes, is amended to read:

11         163.3244  Sustainable Communities Demonstration

12  Project.--

13         (9)  This section is shall stand repealed on June 30,

14  2002 2001, and shall be reviewed by the Legislature prior to

15  that date.

16         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

17  law.
