18 (7) The prohibition against civil actions granted
19 firearms manufacturers, distributors, or dealers by this act
20 shall apply only to a firearms manufacturer, distributor, or
21 dealer that disributes firearms to dealers at gun shows only
22 if every dealer at the show agrees to complete background
23 checks on potential buyers before selling the firearms.
