18 year thereafter, the Office of the Comptroller shall submit a
19 report to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the
20 Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives containing its
21 findings on the cost-effectiveness of each guaranteed energy
22 performance savings contract in effect between a state agency
23 and a guaranteed energy performance savings contractor for the
24 preceding year.
