14         On page 1, lines 14 and 15, delete those lines

17         Section 1.  Notwithstanding the October 2, 2001, repeal
18  of said section scheduled pursuant to the Open Government
19  Sunset Review Act of 1995, section 288.12295, Florida
20  Statutes, is reenacted and amended to read:
