13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 1, lines 14 and 15, delete those lines

16  and insert:  
17         Section 1.  Notwithstanding the October 2, 2001, repeal
18  of said subsection scheduled pursuant to the Open Government
19  Sunset Review Act of 1995, subsection (8) of section 288.1226,
20  Florida Statutes, is reenacted and amended to read:
