14 On page 42, between lines 3 and 4,

16 insert:
17 Section 44. Subsection (1) of section 121.22, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 121.22 State Retirement Commission; creation;
20 membership; compensation.--
21 (1) There is created within the Department of
22 Management Services a State Retirement Commission composed of
23 three seven members: One member who is retired under a
24 state-supported retirement system administered by the
25 department; one member who is an two members from different
26 occupational backgrounds who are active member of members in a
27 state-supported retirement system that is administered by the
28 department; and one member who is neither a retiree,
29 beneficiary, or member four members who are not retirees,
30 beneficiaries, or members of a state-supported retirement
31 system that is administered by the department. Each member
