16         On page 2, between lines 7 and 8 of the bill

18  insert:  
19         (c)  The board of executive clemency shall adopt rules
20  pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to administer this
21  section, to provide a process for objections to automatic
22  restoration of rights pursuant to this section, and to
23  provide:
24         1.  Notification to the victim or victim's family
25  within 3 months of the person's release from incarceration or
26  court imposed supervision.
27         2.  A process for denial of automatic restoration to
28  include input by the victim or victim's family.
29         3.  A process for making application for the
30  restoration of the right to register or vote when such right
31  has been objected to pursuant to this section.
