  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to agricultural issues;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise the

  4         laws relating to agricultural issues regulated

  5         by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer

  6         Services; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

11  relating to agricultural issues regulated by the Department of

12  Agriculture and Consumer Services.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
