  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to consumer issues; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise the laws

  4         relating to consumer issues regulated by the

  5         Department of Agriculture and Consumer

  6         Services; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

11  relating to consumer issues regulated by the Department of

12  Agriculture and Consumer Services.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
