14 On page 4, lines 23-29,
15 remove from the amendment: all of said lines

17 and insert in lieu thereof:
18 3. For fiscal year 2001-2002, $200 million;
19 4. For fiscal year 2002-2003, $200 million; and
20 5. For all subsequent fiscal years, an amount equal to
21 the greater of $40 million or 10 percent of the payments
22 deposited into the Tobacco Settlement Clearing Trust Fund.
23 (c) Amounts to be transferred under subparagraphs
24 (b)2., 3., 4., and 5. may be reduced by an amount equal to the
25 lesser of $200 million or the amount the endowment receives in
26 that fiscal year from the sale of the state's right, title,
27 and interest in and to the tobacco settlement agreement.
