14 On page 90, lines 3-18, and on page 94, lines 12-27,
15 remove from the amendment: all of said lines

17 and insert in lieu thereof:
18 (a) A claim or right to receive compensation for
19 injuries or sickness as described in 26 U.S.C. subsection
20 104(a)(1) or (2).
21 (b) A claim or right to receive benefits under a
22 special needs trust as described in 42 U.S.C. subsection
23 1396p(d)(4).
24 (c) The interest of a debtor who is a natural person
25 in unemployment, alimony, disability, pension, or retirement
26 benefits or victim compensation funds.
27 (d) The interest of a debtor who is a natural person
28 in other benefits which are designated solely for his or her
29 maintenance, support, or education, the assignability of which
30 is expressly prohibited or restricted by any statute.
