17  and insert in lieu thereof:  
18         2.  The collateral is goods that are or are to become
19  fixtures in this state, in which event the financing statement
20  shall be filed as a fixture filing.
21         (b)  The Office of the Secretary of State, in
22  accordance with ss. 679.3011-679.3071, in all other cases,
23  including a case in which the collateral is goods that are or
24  are to become fixtures outside this state.
