11  The Committee on Criminal Justice recommended the following
12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, lines 5-11, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 2.  (1)  The City of Clearwater is authorized
19  and directed to compensate Eva Skowronek, as the widow of
20  Wieslaw Skowronek, and their three children for the death of
21  Wieslaw Skowronek due to the negligence of a city employee, in
22  the following amounts:
23         (a)  $100,000 to Eva Skowronek, as the widow of Wieslaw
24  Skowronek;
25         (b)  $33,333.33 to Anna Marie Skowronek, age 19, as the
26  child of Wieslaw Skowronek;
27         (c)  $33,333.33 to Victor Skowronek, as the minor child
28  of Wieslaw Skowronek, to be placed in his guardianship
29  account;
30         (d)  $33,333.33 to Hubert Skowronek, as the minor child
31  of Wieslaw Skowronek, to be placed in his guardianship
