14 On page 9, line 8, after the period(.), of the bill

16 insert: This subsection shall not apply to:
17 (a) A transfer to a relative or an insider of the
18 judgment debtor, as such are defined at s. 726.102:
19 (b) A fraudulent transfer, as defined by either s.
20 726.105, or by U.S.C. 548;
21 (c) A fraudulent asset conversion as defined by s.
22 222.30; or
23 (d) A transfer of goods by a judgment debtor the value
24 of which, in the aggregate, exceeds $7,500.
