1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to trust funds; terminating
3 specified trust funds within the Department of
4 Management Services and providing for the
5 disposition of remaining balances and revenues;
6 declaring the findings of the Legislature that
7 specified trust funds within the Department of
8 Management Services are exempt from the
9 termination requirements of s. 19(f), Art. III
10 of the State Constitution; repealing s.
11 110.151(7), F.S., relating to reestablishment
12 of the State Employee Child Care Revolving
13 Trust Fund, to conform; providing effective
14 dates.

16 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

18 Section 1. Effective June 30, 2002, the State Employee
19 Child Care Revolving Trust Fund within the Department of
20 Management Services, FLAIR number 72-2-670, is terminated. The
21 remaining balance and revenues in this fund shall be deposited
22 in the State Personnel System Trust Fund, FLAIR number
23 72-2-678.
24 Section 2. The Ringling Investment Trust Fund, FLAIR
25 number 72-2-412, is terminated. The remaining balance and
26 revenues in this fund shall be deposited in the General
27 Revenue Fund.
28 Section 3. The Legislature finds that the following
29 trust funds within the Department of Management Services are
30 exempt from termination pursuant to Section 19(f), Article III
31 of the State Constitution:

25 Section 4. Effective June 30, 2002, subsection (7) of
26 section 110.151, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
27 Section 5. Except as otherwise provided herein, this
28 act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
