14         On page 1, lines 13-26,
15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  
18         112.18  Firefighters and state, county, or municipal
19  law enforcement officers; special provisions relative to
20  disability.--
21         (1)  Any condition or impairment of health of any
22  Florida state, municipal, county, port authority, special tax
23  district, or fire control district firefighter or state,
24  county, or municipal law enforcement officer caused by
25  tuberculosis, heart disease, or hypertension resulting in
26  total or partial disability or death shall be presumed to have
27  been accidental and to have been suffered in the line of duty
28  unless the contrary be shown by competent evidence. However,
29  any such firefighter or state, county, or municipal law
30  enforcement officer shall have successfully passed a physical
31  examination upon entering into any such service as a
