19 the Florida Statutes 2001 only through a
20 reviser's bill duly enacted by the Legislature;
21 repealing s. 290.009(2)(c), F.S., to conform to
22 the repeal of s. 290.0075, F.S.; repealing s.
23 448.24(2)(d), F.S., to conform to the repeal of
24 chapter 442, F.S.

26 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

28 Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 17.43, Florida
29 Statutes, is repealed.

3 Federal Equitable Sharing Trust Fund, effective
4 July 1, 2002, was expressly repealed by s. 2,

6 4, 2000. Since the subsection was not repealed
7 by a "current session" of the Legislature, it
8 may be omitted from the Florida Statutes 2001
