14 On page 1, between lines 30 and 31, of the amendment

17 Section 3. Notwithstanding any provision of s.
18 465.025, Florida Statutes, for any prescription and refill
19 thereunder of a generically equivalent or "A"-rated drug that
20 is on the negative formulary created under that statute as of
21 January 1, 2001, a pharmacist must dispense the drug on the
22 prescription unless prior documented approval to substitute is
23 obtained from the prescriber of the medication.
