14 On page 6, between lines 21 and 22, of the bill

16 insert:
17 Section 2. Invasive exotic plant species shall be
18 disposed of in facilities that are state-licensed solid waste
19 management facilities or class III landfills with recycling
20 facilities that are in the vicinity of a shipping port. The
21 Department of Environmental Protection shall adopt rules to
22 implement the provisions of this section.
