  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to labor; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to enhance the labor and

  4         workforce systems of the state; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact policies that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness

11  of the labor and employment security system and workforce

12  development system of the state in order to address the needs

13  of employees and employers.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
