  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Law

  3         Enforcement; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to revise the laws relating to the Department

  5         of Law Enforcement; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

11  relating to the Department of Law Enforcement.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
