14         On page 26, line 31,

16  insert:  
17         Section 20.  The Institute of Food and Agricultural
18  Sciences of the University of Florida shall conduct a study of
19  the effect that products containing chromated copper arsenate
20  (CCS) have on humans.  Such products would include public
21  playground equipment, soils adjacent to the playground
22  equipment, and products in any other areas in which public
23  funds are used.
24           For purposes of this section, "playground equipment"
25  shall mean swings, slides, climbing equipment,
26  merry-go-rounds, seesaws, spring rockers, trampolines, and
27  other similar equipment, intended for use primarily by
28  children, and shall include stairways, ramps, ladders,
29  handrails, platforms, guardrails, and protective barriers that
30  support, provide access to, or act as safety barriers, for
31  such equipment.  It does not include buildings, docks, picnic
