  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Agency for Health Care

  3         Administration; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise the laws relating to the

  5         Agency for Health Care Administration;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

11  relating to the Agency for Health Care Administration.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
