14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 2, lines 4-8, delete those lines

17  and insert:  $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund for each
18  of fiscal years 2001-2002, 2002-2003, 2003-2004, and 2004-2005
19  to the Department of Education for the establishment of
20  School-based Alternative to Suspension Programs (SASPs) in the
21  Palm Beach County School District and the Pinellas County
22  School District, according to the provisions of this act.
