  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to hunting; prohibiting the

  3         Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission from

  4         sponsoring or conducting, or setting aside

  5         special days for, hunting by youths under a

  6         certain age in any wildlife management area;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  The Fish and Wildlife Conservation

12  Commission may not sponsor or conduct, or set aside special

13  days for, hunting by youths under the age of 16 years in any

14  area designated by the commission as a wildlife management

15  area, notwithstanding that such youths are required to be

16  accompanied by adults while so hunting.

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
