18  and insert in lieu thereof:  accounts, and for an annual
19  financial audit by an independent certified public accountant
20  licensed pursuant to chapter 473, Florida Statutes.  A copy of
21  the audit report shall be filed with the Franklin County
22  Commission within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year.
