15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  11 members who shall be appointed
18  by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners. The
19  chair of the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners or
20  any other member as designated by the chair shall serve on the
21  council. Three members of the council shall be elected
22  municipal officials, one of whom shall be from the most
23  populous municipality in Pinellas County, and at least one of
24  whom shall be from among the cities of Belleair Beach,
25  Belleair Shore, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Madeira
26  Beach, North Redington Beach, Redington Beach, Redington
27  Shores, St. Pete Beach, and Treasure Island. Seven members of
28  the council shall be persons who are involved in the tourist
29  industry and who have demonstrated an interest in tourist
30  development, of which members, not less than three nor more
31  than four shall be owners or operators of motels, hotels,
