  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to economical operation of

  3         state government; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise the laws in order to promote

  5         economical operation of state government;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

11  in order to promote the economical operation of state

12  government.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
