11  The Committee on Education recommended the following amendment
12  :

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 2, lines 1 - 10, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (2)(a)  Beginning July 1, 2001, educator professional
19  liability coverage for all instructional personnel, as defined
20  by s. 228.041(9), who are full-time personnel, as defined by
21  the district school board policy, shall be provided by
22  specific appropriations under the General Appropriations Act.
23         (b)  Beginning July 1, 2001, educator professional
24  liability coverage shall be extended at cost to all
25  instructional personnel, as defined by s. 228.041(9), who are
26  part-time personnel, as defined by the district school board
27  policy, and choose to participate in the state provided
28  program.
29         (c)  Beginning July 1, 2001, educator professional
30  liability coverage shall be extended at cost to all
31  administrative personnel, as defined by s. 228.041(10), who
