13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 6, line 26, after the period,
15  
16  insert:  Whenever a legal advertisement, publication, or
17  notice relating to a foreclosure proceeding is required to be
18  placed in a newspaper, such advertisement, publication, or
19  notice shall be placed directly by the attorney for the party,
20  by the party if it is acting pro se, or by the clerk of the
21  court.
