13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 1, lines 29-31, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  selection of three finalists, all files,
17  interviews, meetings, appearances, and comments of the
18  finalists, but not other applicants, shall be open to the
19  public. The records of all applicants shall be open to the
20  public three years after the closing date for filing an
21  application for the position.

26         On page 1, lines 8 and 9, delete the words "a candidate
