  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of State;

  3         providing legislative intent to review

  4         appropriations to the department; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  review appropriations made to the Department of State.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
