18 Section 1. Paragraph (nn) is added to subsection (1)
19 of section 458.331, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 458.331 Grounds for disciplinary action; action by the
21 board and department.--
22 (1) The following acts shall constitute grounds for
23 which the disciplinary actions specified in subsection (2) may
24 be taken:
25 (nn) Performing ocular surgery at any site unless the
26 physician has hospital privileges to perform such surgery at a
27 hospital licensed under chapter 395 which is within 25 miles
28 of the location in which the surgery is performed.
29 Section 2. Paragraph (pp) is added to subsection (1)
30 of section 459.015, Florida Statutes, to read:
