1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to road and bridge
3 designations; redesignating the old Nassau
4 Sound Bridge in Nassau and Duval Counties as
5 the "George Crady Bridge"; designating a
6 portion of U.S. Highway 17 as the "Doyle Parker
7 Memorial Highway"; directing the Department of
8 Transportation to erect suitable markers;
9 providing an effective date.

11 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13 Section 1. George Crady Bridge designation; markers.--
14 (1) The old Nassau Sound Bridge (bridge number 750055)
15 on State Road 105 in Nassau and Duval Counties is hereby
16 redesignated as the "George Crady Bridge."
17 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
18 erect suitable markers designating the "George Crady Bridge"
19 as described in subsection (1).
20 Section 2. Doyle Parker Memorial Highway designation;
21 markers.--
22 (1) U.S. Highway 17 from Wauchula to Bowling Green is
23 hereby designated as the "Doyle Parker Memorial Highway."
24 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
25 erect suitable markers designating the "Doyle Parker Memorial
26 Highway" as described in subsection (1).
27 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
28 law.

Provides for the redesignation of the old Nassau Sound

Bridge" and provides for the designation of a portion of
