  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to insurance; expressing the

  3         Legislature's intent to enact a model act

  4         governing the licensing of insurance producers;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact a model

10  act governing the licensing of insurance producers.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
